Flattel.com is a platform that facilitates the sale and rental of real estate. This Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") applies to the personal data collected by Flattel.com in connection with the Platform and other applications, websites, products, and services related to or referring to the Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Services").

Data Provided by the User:

Profile data. When creating a Flattel.com account, we collect data provided by the User, such as username, email address and/or phone number, and password. Additional information, such as profile picture, can be added to the profile. User-generated content. We collect content created or posted by the User on the Platform, including photos, videos, audio recordings, and related metadata (such as where, when, and by whom the content was created). Usergenerated content is collected at the time of creation, import, or upload, regardless of whether the User saves or uploads the content. We also collect content (such as text, images, and videos) from the User's device clipboard when the User copies and pastes content to or from the Platform or shares content between the Platform and a third-party platform. Direct messages. When the User communicates via direct messages with others, we collect the content of the messages and related metadata (such as the time of sending, receiving, and/or reading the message, and the participants of the message exchange). This is done to block spam, investigate crimes, and protect users. Purchase information. If payment is required, we collect payment card details or other payment information from third parties (such as PayPal). We also collect transaction data and purchase history. Surveys and promotions. We collect data provided by the User when participating in our surveys, promotions, sweepstakes, marketing campaigns, or events. Contact Information Provided when Contacting. We collect data provided by the User, such as information used to verify identity or age, feedback on the use of our Services, or data related to possible violations of our Terms of Use or other policies.

Automatically Collected Data

Technical Data. When accessing our Services, we collect certain device and network connection data. This information includes the device model, operating system, keystroke patterns or rhythms, IP address, and system language. We also collect service-related, diagnostic, and performance information, including crash reports and performance logs. When using our Platform, we automatically assign a device identifier and a user identifier to the User. If you log in from multiple devices, we identify your activity across multiple devices using device identifiers, user identifiers, and similar data; this serves security purposes and ensures seamless login. Location. We collect the approximate location of the User based on the User's technical data (such as SIM card and IP address); the purpose is to personalize the user experience and for diagnostics and troubleshooting. With the User's permission, we may also collect precise location determination information (such as GPS data). Usage Data. We collect information about how the User interacts with our Services, such as what content they view, how long and how often they use our Services, how they interact with other users, and including search queries and settings on the Platform. Content Characteristics and Features. Among other things, by identifying objects and environments; based on the appearance and location of a face or other body parts in an image; and based on the text spoken in usergenerated content, we detect and collect characteristics and features of user-generated content, such as video and audio recordings. We do this, for example, to moderate content, provide special effects (such as video filters and avatars), and provide captions. Inferred Information. Based on the information available about the User, we infer characteristics (such as age and gender) and interests of the User. We use these inferences for purposes such as maintaining the security of our Platform, moderating content, and, where permitted, displaying personalized advertisements based on interests. Cookies. To operate and provide our Services, we use cookies and similar tracking technologies. We use cookies to remember the User's language preferences, ensure that the User does not see the same video multiple times, and for security reasons. We also use these technologies for marketing purposes. If required by law, we obtain the User's consent to use cookies. Explanation on the use of cookies What is a cookie? Other data from external sources

Advertising, measurement, and data partners. Advertisers and measurement and data partners share information with us, such as mobile identifiers for advertisements, hashed email addresses, and event information about actions taken by users on the website or application. When contacting thirdparty services that integrate Flattel.com developer tools (such as applications, websites, or products), we receive information that allows us to provide authentication, publication, and similar functions across different services. This occurs, for example, when a user logs into another service with their Flattel.com account or uses the "share" button on Flattel.com in a third-party service to share content from there on Flattel.com. Other users. Other users or individuals may provide us with information about the user, such as when the user appears or is mentioned in another user's content or direct messages, in a complaint or feedback submitted by a third party.
